Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited has signed a strategic Joint Venture Agreement with Shell Gas B.V. and Tiki Tar Industries to produce advanced, value-added bitumen for India's infrastructure sector. Signed in the presence of CMD Shri Sanjay Khanna and senior executives, the venture leverages BPCL’s distribution, Shell's tech expertise, and Tiki Tar's manufacturing strengths. This partnership aims to deliver innovative, high-performance, and sustainable road construction solutions across key national projects.
