BPCL Signs 2 MoUs in Varanasi to Boost Urban Infrastructure, Green Spaces, and Heritage Beautification

BPCL has signed two CSR MoUs in Varanasi to enhance urban infrastructure, public amenities, green spaces, and heritage conservation. The signing took place in the presence of Shri Ashok Tiwari, Mayor, Varanasi Nagar Nigam; Shri S. Rajalingam, Commissioner, Varanasi Division; and Shri Sanjay Khanna, Chairman & Managing Director, BPCL. Under the first MoU with Kashi Integrated Parking & Recreational Foundation (KIPRF) and Varanasi Smart City Ltd. (VSCL), BPCL will redevelop 119 public parks and set up Food Street Hubs at Sarnath and Maidagin, while the second MoU with Varanasi Development Authority (VDA) will focus on beautifying heritage streets and key corridors across the city. Both these initiatives will enhance public spaces and urban infrastructure while helping preserve and showcase the rich heritage of Varanasi.
