ENSURING TRANSPARENCY WITH THE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT
Over the past 21 years since the enactment of the RTI Act, Indian citizens have actively exercised their right to information. During this period, BPCL has responded to over 60292 RTI applications ,8617 first appeals, and more than 1631 second appeals before the CIC—reflecting our steadfast commitment to upholding the Act in its true spirit.
