Delhi Aviation Fuel Facility Private Ltd (DAFFPL) is a Joint Venture of IOCL, BPCL and Delhi International Airport Private Limited (a subsidiary of GMR Group). The JV was awarded concession design, development, construction, management, upgradation and operations for the aviation fuel facility at the new Terminal 3 at IGI Airport.

Kannur International Airport Ltd (KIAL) is promoted by Govt. of Kerala with equity participation from PSUs (BPCL and Kerala PSUs), Airport PSUs and Private Sector.
KIAL is an unlisted Public Company promoted by the Government of Kerala to build and operate the airport at Kannur. Kannur Airport was commissioned in December 2018 and it is one of the four international airports in Kerala.
Kochi airport is built on a public–private partnership and is owned by Cochin International Airport Limited, (CIAL), floated by the government of Kerala in 1994. The government of Kerala holds 33.36% stake, making it the single largest investor in the project. BPCL has a 3.43% stake in the JV.
BPCL-KIAL Fuel Farm Pvt. Ltd (BKFFPL) was incorporated in May 2015 with an equity participation of 74% by BPCL & 26% by Kannur International Airport Limited. The company was formed to design, construct, commission and operate the Fuel Farm at Kannur International Airport for the supply of ATF on an exclusive basis. The Fuel Farm started operating from December 2018 along with the commissioning of the Kannur International Airport.
