BPCL’s Quality Assurance (QA Marketing) Department has been awarded the Gold Award in the "OHS of Others" category at the 8th ICC National Occupational Health & Safety Awards 2026, organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in association with the ASSP India Chapter. The honor recognizes the team’s dedication to robust safety practices, operational discipline, and high occupational health and safety standards across laboratory operations. This achievement reinforces BPCL’s commitment to building a workplace culture rooted in safety, reliability, and continuous operational improvement.

BPCL received the “Certificate of Excellence for SAF Market Activation & Offtake Leadership” at the India SAF Awards 2026, held alongside the India SAF Conclave 2026 in New Delhi. The award was presented by H.E. Kenneth Felix Haczynski da Nóbrega, Ambassador of Brazil to India, to the BPCL team led by Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Business Head (Aviation). Recognizing cross-functional efforts across Refineries, CRDC, CRPO, Biofuels, and Aviation, the honor highlights BPCL's leadership in accelerating Sustainable Aviation Fuel adoption and driving transparency through technology solutions like BeWinged to support aviation decarbonization.

Bharat Petroleum has been awarded the prestigious 'Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar' by the Ministry of Home Affairs for the fourth consecutive time for its outstanding contribution to the official language. The award was presented by Hon’ble Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah Ji at the 6th All India Rajbhasha Conference in Navi Mumbai, chaired by Hon’ble Union Home State Minister Shri Nityanand Rai Ji in the presence of Hon’ble Union Home State Minister Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar Ji. Shri Milind M. Labhane, General Manager (Administrative Services, Facilities & CSR), BPCL, accepted the honor, highlighting the organization's ongoing commitment to the effective implementation of Hindi.

BPCL was awarded the Gold Award for Digital Transformation in Supply Chain at the ET Supply Chain Awards 2026. Received by Shri Shelly Abraham, Executive Director – Supply Chain Optimization, and Shri Shekhar Gunwal, Senior Manager – Supply Chain Optimization (SCO), the honor recognizes BPCL's successful rollout of AUPD, which integrates production and distribution planning. This milestone highlights the organization's ongoing commitment to building a smarter, highly efficient, and future-ready supply chain.

BPCL Kochi Refinery has been recognized by TERI at the 5th Water Sustainability Awards 2026 for excellence in industrial water-use efficiency. Presented by Hon’ble Minister of State for Jal Shakti Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary and received by refinery leadership, the award celebrates the facility's sustainable water practices. By optimizing ETP and RODM operations, the refinery boosted recycled water usage to 17,600 kL/day, achieving a 15% reduction in overall freshwater consumption.
