Manan Chandra (Snooker)
We are delighted to share that Manan Chandra, one of India’s
finest cueists and BPCL’s pride, has once again brought glory
to the nation by clinching the Bronze Medal at the World
Masters Snooker Championship. This achievement marks
his fourth consecutive podium finish, following one silver and
two bronze medals in the past three years, an extraordinary
record of consistency and mastery.
Manan’s precision, mental fortitude, and commitment to
his craft have earned him admiration on the world stage.
His success not only highlights individual excellence but
also reflects BPCL’s continued support for nurturing sporting
brilliance. Through his achievements, Manan continues to
inspire emerging cueists and stands as a symbol of sustained
excellence in Indian snooker.
Manoj Sarkar (Para-Badminton)
BPCL’s para-badminton champion Manoj Sarkar had an
extraordinary 2025 season, showcasing remarkable resilience
and consistency across international tournaments. At the
British & Irish Para-Badminton Level 1 Tournament (July 2025),
he bagged bronze medals in both men’s singles and doubles,
displaying exemplary skill and sportsmanship.
Continuing his winning momentum, Manoj clinched Gold in Men’s
Doubles and Silver in Men’s Singles at the Peru Para-Badminton
International Tournament (Level 2) in Lima, held from 12th to 17th
August 2025. His performances not only reaffirm his status as
one of India’s finest para-badminton athletes but also embody
the spirit of determination and excellence that defines BPCL’s
sporting ethos. Manoj’s journey continues to inspire countless
individuals to rise above limitations and redefine success.
Neelu Dadiya (Hockey)
We are pleased to share that Ms. Neelu Dadiya, an
accomplished hockey player from BPCL, has been
honoured with the prestigious Vikram Award (Senior
Category), conferred by the Honourable Chief Minister of
Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Mohan Yadav.
This recognition celebrates Neelu’s sustained excellence
and her invaluable contribution to Indian women’s hockey.
Her journey exemplifies years of discipline, determination,
and unwavering passion for the sport. Neelu’s
achievement also underscores BPCL’s commitment to
empowering athletes across disciplines and promoting
women’s participation in sports at every level. Her story
continues to inspire young players to chase their dreams
with courage and conviction.
