                                                          Match Under the Stars – Allahabad LPG Plant, NR
                                                          At Allahabad LPG Plant, wellness lit up the evening sky as
                                                          employees came together for a spirited volleyball match
                                                          under  floodlights.  The  well-maintained  lawn  echoed  with
                                                          camaraderie and healthy competition, as teams rallied with
                                                          energy and enthusiasm.
                                                          Taking place after work hours, the match served as the
                                                          perfect  reminder  that  fitness  doesn’t  need  a  time  slot,  just
                                                          intention. The illuminated setting added a festive glow to the
                                                          match, inspiring more employees to join in and witness the joy
                                                          of sport in its simplest form.

                                                          Moments like these reinforce BPCL’s commitment to building
                                                          a culture where well-being and work go hand in hand, even
                                                          after the sun sets. It’s not just about recreation, it’s about

           Strengthening Team Spirit – Lalru Depot, NR
           In a lively display of teamwork and enthusiasm, BPCL’s
           Lalru Depot hosted a recreational match aimed at
           encouraging  fitness  and  collaboration.  Employees  from
           various  departments   participated  enthusiastically,
           fostering bonds beyond work responsibilities.
           The depot  lawns  came alive  with  cheers, laughter,  and
           spirited play, as colleagues enjoyed the game in a relaxed
           and  supportive  setting.  Events  like  these  reflect  BPCL’s
           commitment to cultivating a healthy, engaged, and
           energized workforce.



                                                                   Inauguration of Badminton Court –
                                                                   Tirunelveli Depot - SR
                                                                   On January 7, 2025, BPCL inaugurated a new
                                                                   badminton court at the Tirunelveli Depot, marking a
                                                                   significant step in promoting fitness and employee
                                                                   well-being. The new facility aims to provide a
                                                                   dedicated space for recreation, stress relief, and
                                                                   team bonding through sport.
                                                                   Encouraging  participation  beyond work  routines,
                                                                   the  initiative  reflects  BPCL’s  ongoing  commitment
                                                                   to creating a more active, engaged, and health-
                                                                   conscious  workforce.  The  court  is  expected  to  be
                                                                   a vibrant hub for regular matches and employee
                                                                   wellness activities.
