                                               Transformed Spaces – Inauguration of Sports Facilities
                                               On April 18, 2025, HRS Western Region marked a major milestone with the
                                               inauguration of a modern 8,650 sq. ft. office block and upgraded sports
                                               facilities at Sewree, Mumbai.
                                               Formerly a CPO warehouse, the transformed space now features an open-
                                               layout  office  with  ergonomic  design,  collaborative  zones,  sustainable
                                               features, and modern IT infrastructure, setting a new benchmark for
                                               efficiency and employee well-being.
                                               Shri Raj Kumar Dubey, Director (HR), led the inauguration and lauded the
                                               team for their innovative use of space and alignment with BPCL’s vision for
                                               the future.
                                               He  also  inaugurated  the  new  Tennis/Pickleball/Badminton  courts,  Futsal
                                               arena, and Box Cricket pitch near the Bharat Petroleum Learning Centre,
                                               facilities that reflect BPCL’s commitment to creating spaces that support
                                               both performance and personal wellness.



           Boosting Sports Culture – Facility Activation at
           Barauni - ER
           To promote team bonding and physical well-being, a friendly volleyball
           match was held at BPCL Barauni TOP on July 29, 2024. The event was
           made special by the presence of  international volleyball players
           Vibin M George and Rohit P, who conducted a short demonstration
           and interacted with participants.
           Two in-house teams, Team MAK and Team SPEED, competed in an
           engaging best-of-three format, with Team MAK emerging victorious.
           The event saw active participation from officers and staff, including
           warm support from Shri Ajay K. Jangrey and Shri Rahul Kumar. Prizes
           and mementos were distributed. The day concluded with a vote of
           thanks and enthusiastic cheers from all.




                                                          Wellness at Workplace – Peethampur LPG Plant,
                                                          WR
                                                          Peethampur LPG Plant recently came alive with the buzz of
                                                          collective energy as employees took part in an outdoor
                                                          recreational  session on the facility’s  new green turf.  From
                                                          friendly matches to enthusiastic team collaboration, the
                                                          event turned into a celebration of fitness, participation, and
                                                          workplace camaraderie.
                                                          The  activity  not  only encouraged  movement  and mental
                                                          refreshment  but  also  reinforced  BPCL’s  dedication  to
                                                          cultivating inclusive wellness spaces for its workforce.
                                                          These shared moments of sport and laughter serve as vital
                                                          pauses  that  recharge team spirit  and  build  long-lasting
                                                          workplace harmony.
