Ayush Mhatre (Cricket)
BPCL’s scholarship athlete Ayush Mhatre
has been appointed Captain of the India
U-19 Cricket Team for the upcoming tour
of England. His leadership selection at the
international level is a proud milestone,
reflecting his discipline, and rising stature
in Indian cricket. We wish Captain Ayush
all the very best as he leads the nation’s
next-gen talent on foreign soil, carrying
the hopes of our country and the pride
of BPCL.
Jerome Vinith (Volleyball)
Jerome Vinith represented Team
India at the prestigious 2025 Central
Asian Volleyball Nations League held
in Uzbekistan, competing against top
teams from across Central and South
Asia. India delivered a strong campaign
and secured the Silver Medal, with
Jerome playing a key role throughout
the tournament.
Ishpreet Singh Chaddha
(Billiards & Snookers)
Ishpreet Singh Chaddha etched his name in Indian
snooker history by achieving his second 147 maximum
break at the prestigious NSCI All India Snooker
Tournament, becoming the only Indian to record two
147s in major national events. He capped off his stellar
run by defeating Pankaj Advani 10–7 in the final of
Baulkline 4.0, India’s biggest snooker tournament. For
his remarkable break, he was awarded a special prize
of ₹1.47 lakhs by NSCI.
Vaishnavi Adkar (Tennis)
BPCL’s rising tennis star Vaishnavi Adkar,
a sports scholarship holder, impressed
at the ITF W15 Tournament in Tashkent by
finishing runner-up in both Singles and
Doubles. Her consistent performance and
competitive spirit mark a promising step
in her international tennis journey. She
continues to be a strong ambassador of
BPCL’s sports excellence program.
