Shri Vetsa Ramakrishna Gupta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1998 batch) and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is also a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

With an illustrious career spanning over 26 years at BPCL in various finance roles, He is currently holding charge of Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has a well-rounded experience profile, and in his rich and diverse career, he has held various positions in BPCL handling various facets of finance covering Corporate Accounts, Risk Management, Business Plan, Budgeting, Treasury Operations, etc.

He is also a Director on the Board of Bharat PetroResources Ltd.

Shri Sanjay Khanna is a Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT Tiruchirappalli and postgraduate in Finance Management from Mumbai University.

He has over 32 years of experience in refinery operations and technical services. He has played a key role in setting up new plants and commissioning several units in Refineries at Mumbai, Kochi and Numaligarh and headed BPCL Kochi and Mumbai Refineries.

He is also a Director on the Board of Bharat PetroResources Limited, Petronet LNG Limited and Ratnagiri Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited.

Shri Sukhmal Kumar Jain is a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and M.B.A. from S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research.

He has held several leadership positions in the Retail, LPG and Gas verticals of BPCL over a period of 37 years. Before joining the Board, he was Executive Director Incharge (Marketing Corporate) and prior to that, Head of the Gas Business Unit at BPCL. In his illustrious career, he has been actively involved in industry defining initiatives like Give it Up campaign and Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, in LPG Business and has successfully navigated the Strategy and Loyalty programs in the Retail Business. Under his leadership, the Gas business played an increasingly important role in supporting the Government’s aim of developing India as a gas-based economy.

He is also the Chairman of Indraprastha Gas Limited.

Shri Rajkumar Dubey is an alumnus of NIT Allahabad with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from the International Center for Promotion of Enterprises in Slovenia.

He has over 36 years of industry experience in Business and Human Capital Development. He has led strategic organizational development initiatives impacting over 400 locations and 7,500 people, working closely with international consultants on organization restructuring, visioning, and HR planning. He has successfully led several leadership positions and concluded various critical and challenging assignments across various business verticals in Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Known for pioneering customer-centric approach in fuel retailing, he has successfully marketed differentiated products and premium fuels.

He is also the Chairman on the Board of Indraprastha Gas Limited.

Shri Subhankar Sen is a graduate from University of Calcutta and he has done P.G Diploma in Executive Management Program from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. Shri Subhankar Sen has extensive experience in all the marketing functions of BPCL encompassing Retail, LPG, Lubricants, Aviation, Industrial & Commercial, Gas and Consumer Retailing businesses along with core entities like Engineering & Projects, Pipelines, Central Procurement Organization, Digital Business, Corporate Brand and Public Relations. Throughout his career spanning over three decades, he has led pioneering initiatives in Fuel Retailing, Lubricants marketing and Energy transition.

Shri Vedveer Arya is a 1997 batch officer of Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS).He is M.A. from Delhi University. Presently, he is Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, in MoP&NG. Prior to the same, he has held various positions in Govt. such as JS & Addl FA(R&D) at MoD, Integrated Financial Adviser (IFA) to Southern Naval Command, Kochi and Southern Air Command, Trivandrum, Director (Finance) in DRDO, Hyderabad for Agini Missile Programme and various tactical Missile programmes. He has authored various books on Indian History, mathematics etc.

He is also a Director on the Board of Oil Industry Development Board & Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves.

Shri A.P.M. Mohammed Hanish is a senior IAS Officer from the 1996 batch and a civil engineer from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He currently holds the post of Principal Secretary, Industries, Commerce and Waqf Department in the Government of Kerala.

He has held the position of Principal Secretary, General Education, Health & Family Welfare and AYUSH, Govt. of Kerala. He has also held various positions such as District Collector & District Magistrate, Ernakulam, Director of Public Instruction, Kerala. He has also served as Secretary, Urban Affairs & PWD, Chairman & Managing Director, Supply Co, Managing Director, Kochi Metro Rail Ltd, and CEO, Kochi Smart City.

He is serving as a Chairman of Travancore Titanium Products Limited, Nitta Gelatin India Limited and Kel Electrical Machines Limited and holds Directorship on the Board of Malabar Cements Limited, Additional Skill Acquisition Programme Kerala, Kerala Medical Services Corporation and Cheraman Financial Services Limited.
