Over his career, Baibhav has handled evolving responsibilities and market challenges, with a key milestone being the commissioning of the first BPCL Retail Outlet from the 2023 advertisement. From planning to execution, this experience contributed to strengthening the retail network and highlighted the impact of teamwork and shared ownership.
