Meet Dhanalakshmi K, Site Engineer, IDPL, who joined in June 2024 after graduating in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli.
From contributing across disciplines at the Mumbai Rasayani Pipeline to leading execution at the Irugur–Devangonthi project, she has consistently stepped up with ownership. During a critical single-day concreting activity, she identified a safety gap in the shuttering system and ensured immediate correction, demonstrating sharp technical judgment and decisive action. Despite complex challenges like coordinating transit mixers across an active railway crossing, she delivered a flawless single-pour execution.
