Meet Mridul Khajuria, Territory Coordinator (Retail). Since joining BPCL in 2012, his journey has unfolded across diverse and challenging assignments, each contributing to his development on both personal and professional fronts. With an academic foundation in B.Tech (Instrumentation and Control Engineering) and an MBA in Human Resources from IGNOU, Mridul began his career as a Sales Officer, bringing together technical understanding and people-focused thinking from the outset.
Over the years, his career has moved fluidly across engineering coordination, COCO operations, and retail leadership roles. His teams have delivered strong results at national and regional levels, earning All-India campaign recognitions such as the Under Bonnet Campaign, reflecting disciplined execution and consistent performance.
