His journey reflects scale and impact—leading large, high-risk maintenance and integrity programs, solving complex operational challenges, enabling technology-led improvements, and earning recognition as Runners-Up in the Rytink–Case Writing Competition 2024–25, highlighting both technical excellence and thought leadership.
