Meet Vivek Kumar Dubey, Manager, ROU & Mechanical Maintenance (Pipelines). A Gold Medallist from NIT Bhopal, Vivek joined BPCL in 2016 with a deep curiosity for how systems work and how they can work better. Backed by a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, he brought a problem-solving mindset to every pipeline, machine, and process he touched.
His journey took a defining turn at the 356-km Bina–Panki Pipeline. Here, BPCL gave him the space to take ownership, collaborate across teams, and tackle challenges no manual could predict. The experience sharpened his technical and leadership skills, setting benchmarks that earned recognition at the Pipelines Excellence Awards and features on BPCL platforms like Corporate Spotlight, BizX, and Mercurix.
