Meet Abisheik S, whose journey at BPCL reflects consistent performance, leadership, and a commitment to achieving excellence across retail operations.
A B.Tech graduate in Electronics and Instrumentation from Madras Institute of Technology, Abisheik joined BPCL in 2018 as a trainee at Irimpanam Installation, where he managed critical operations as Control Room Incharge, including pipeline receipts, tanker operations, and pipeline discharge. His journey continued across roles, from Fleet Sales Officer in Salem to Sales Officer in Vizag and Tiruvallur Sales Area, where he consistently delivered outstanding results.
During his tenure in Fleet Sales, Abisheik achieved the highest fleet volumes in India and was recognised as Best FSO – Southern Region twice. In Vizag, he contributed to retail outlet upgrades, commissioned a Government Police NRO, and played a key role in strengthening BPCL’s market leadership. As part of Tiruvallur Sales Area, his efforts contributed to achieving All India highest DEF volume, highest HSD mop-up, and a top-three ranking in combined MS and HSD volumes.
