Meet Rohit Kumar Prajapati, who has spent the last 11 years building his career with BPCL and taking on diverse assignments along the way. Since joining BPCL in 2015 after completing his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Prayagraj, his journey with Engineering & Projects has given him the opportunity to work across Retail, LPG, Aviation, Lubes and Renewable Energy.
Working across different projects and areas has given him a varied experience, along with the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities and work closely with teams and stakeholders. His experience in brownfield projects has also shaped his approach to finding practical solutions in complex working environments.
Today, he continues to contribute to projects that strengthen BPCL’s infrastructure and support the business.
For him, what makes the journey meaningful is the trust BPCL places in him and the opportunity to take on meaningful work and make a difference through his role.
