Since joining BPCL in 2009, Sujoy has progressed from Operations Engineer to Project Engineer, Project Manager, Plant In-charge and now Chief Manager Procurement, gaining diverse experience across operations, projects, leadership and strategic procurement.
Along the way, he has strengthened his expertise as a Certified Boiler Operation Engineer, earned a Certificate in Project Management from IIPM, and continues to expand his leadership capabilities through the General Management Programme at ISB.
For him, BPCL is a platform to continuously reinvent, lead with purpose and contribute to the nation’s energy journey.
