Meet Suraj Shindhe, Team member, M&A Cell (Corporate Affairs). From studying Civil Engineering at NIT Karnataka to pursuing an MBA at ISB with global exposure at INSEAD, Suraj’s journey has always been rooted in learning and growth. But beyond the qualifications and certifications lies someone who believes that every role is an opportunity to create something meaningful.
Over the past eight years at BPCL, Suraj has contributed across infrastructure projects, CSR, real estate administration, and facility management. From developing offices and modernising workplaces to enhancing guest house facilities across regions, his work has focused on creating spaces that enable people and teams to thrive. Today, in the M&A Cell, he brings together strategy, execution, and collaboration to drive long-term value.
