A graduate of IIT Delhi and former leader of the institute's robotics team, Bhupesh joined BPCL as a Management Trainee at Mathura Installation in 2024. Since then, he has embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute. From strengthening automation systems and supporting EV charging infrastructure to developing digital solutions that simplify everyday engineering challenges, he has consistently focused on finding smarter ways to work and deliver results.
His contributions have helped achieve 100% automation uptime, support one of the highest EV charging station uptimes in the Southern Region, and create technology-led solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Behind these achievements is a mindset that values continuous learning, problem-solving, and stepping beyond the comfort zone.
