By combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of operations, she has helped drive digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. One such initiative — the automation of sales and stock accounting at Company Owned Retail Outlets (COCO) — was recognised with the “Most Innovative Practice” award in the Operational Excellence category at the CII DX Digital Transformation Awards 2023.
