Meet Vrutant Gabrani, Assistant Manager, Finance (Lubes), whose journey at BPCL has been shaped by new experiences, evolving responsibilities and continuous learning.
From Corporate Treasury and Retirement Fund Management to now contributing to the MAK Lubricants business, each role has offered him the opportunity to explore a new dimension of finance and expand his perspective. Along the way, he also completed the CFA programme while balancing the demands of a full-time role.
What excites him most is the opportunity to work on diverse assignments at scale, take on meaningful responsibilities and constantly learn by stepping into unfamiliar territory. As he puts it, “No two years at BPCL have looked the same.”
One of his biggest learnings has been that ownership comes early, and with it, the chance to make a real impact. Working across different functions has reinforced the importance of adaptability, collaboration and clear communication.
