Meet Kulwinder Singh, Manager (Operations – Pipelines) and a graduate of NIT Jalandhar with a B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. Joining BPCL in 2018 as an Operations Officer at Manmad, and now serving at Piyala, Kulwinder has consistently blended technical expertise with innovation to enhance efficiency, safety, and digital transformation across pipeline operations.

As part of various project teams, Kulwinder has contributed to developing in-house applications like the Pipeline ROU Monitoring, Inventory Management, and Pipeline Integrity Apps, now implemented at 22 locations. He has been involved in key instrumentation and commissioning activities, including PLC automation, flow meter calibration, and SCADA optimization, achieving measurable operational improvements. His creative side found expression as a Top 10 finalist in BPCL’s Mercurix, the Corporation’s internal master storytelling competition, along with recognition in the Cyber Security Awareness Quiz and Socratix Case Study events.
