Meet Varun Thalikkal Ramdas, State Coordinator (Retail) at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He began his journey with BPCL in 2010 and has since worked across diverse roles that have deepened his understanding of the retail business and strengthened his leadership in operations. Currently pursuing his Executive MBA from SP Jain, Mumbai, Varun continues to embrace new learning opportunities while contributing to BPCL’s dynamic retail landscape.

Over his career, Varun has contributed to expanding BPCL’s retail network, enhancing operational safety, and improving on-ground performance through data-driven initiatives. He has been part of key projects integrating digital tools into daily operations, building stronger customer connect, and fostering teamwork to deliver consistent growth.
