Meet Pranay Aurora, whose eight-year journey at BPCL has been shaped by complex challenges, diverse stakeholders and one constant pursuit i.e., finding the right way forward.
A Chemical Engineering graduate from NIT Surat and Executive MBA graduate from DY Patil University, Pranay joined BPCL in 2018 and moved to CPO-MR in 2024. His experience spans procurement, contract finalisation and customs clearance, including the implementation of the MOOWR framework.
He was recognised for ensuring timely DMDS catalyst availability through effective coordination with key stakeholders, including Customs, MoPNG and CIB&RC.
For Pranay, the most meaningful part of the journey lies beyond the milestones. It lies in the people, experiences and perspectives that make every day a new opportunity to learn, evolve and grow.
