Meet Pratik Mahale, Territory Manager – Lubricants, BPCL, whose journey reflects a willingness to embrace change, keep learning and take on new challenges.
A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Government College of Engineering, Karad, Pratik has worked across LPG Operations, LPG Sales and Lubricants, gaining diverse experiences across businesses and markets. In recent years, his work included driving fuel conversion initiatives with Amul and helping increase digital adoption in LPG, taking online prepaid transactions from 4.59% to 11%.
For Pratik, the numbers are only part of the story. What matters is understanding the customer, working closely with teams and finding practical ways to make things better. His journey reflects a simple belief: every new role is an opportunity to learn, adapt and create value.
