Meet Tejinder Shah Singh, who has built his career at BPCL since joining in 2016, taking on diverse roles across refinery operations, commissioning and process optimisation.
A Silver Medalist in Chemical Engineering from NIT Surat, Tejinder has continued to push for smarter processes, more efficient operations and impactful commissioning projects. His work earned him the Director’s Award, along with an All India Rank 13 in the 2024 BEE Energy Auditor Examination.
