I&C interacts with customers through a single window i.e. through the respective area manager for all customer support queries and requirements such as C-form submission, grievance handling etc. This is unlike competitors where customers have to interact with different people in different departments. Other than that I&C also provides customized product facilities to its valued customers.
With the objective of bringing industrial customers of diverse interests on a common platform, BPCL has established Bharat Petroleum Customer Advisory Boards. Meetings held by the Customer Advisory Board has resulted in a plethora of suggestions and also provided invaluable insights into customer care, needs and expectations.
