In an increasingly technology-driven business environment, we must also continuously examine our processes, identify emerging risks, strengthen internal controls, and leverage digital systems to enhance transparency and accountability. Vigilance should therefore be seen not merely as a control mechanism, but as an enabler of good governance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
I encourage all employees to remain vigilant, speak up against irregularities, and use the prescribed mechanisms whenever any concern requires attention. Equally important is our collective responsibility to encourage an environment where ethical conduct is valued, transparency is practised, and doing the right thing becomes a natural part of the way we work.
