1. This offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only.

2. Offer commences on 19th May’2025 and closes on 15th July’2025 at midnight (referred to as "Offer Period"). BPCL reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in regulatory requirements or unforeseen events.

3. The offer is available at select BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd) Retail Outlets. The list of Retail Outlets where the offer is available at present is displayed on www.bharatpetroleum.in > Bharat Petroleum for > Your Corner > contest corner, at the end of this document. BPCL reserves right to add or remove retail outlet at its discretion during the offer period.

4. Disqualification: BPCL reserves the right to disqualify offer to the customer who is found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Customers fueling any product viz. MS (Petrol), Speed, Speed 97 or HSD using UFill for an amount of Rs 200 or more at one go at the participating retail outlets will get assured 1% extra amount of fuel and few lucky customers will get additional 1% extra amount of fuel. BPCL reserves the right to change this minimum fueling criteria value or change the % additional amount during the course of the offer.

6. For the state of Tamil-Nadu, customers fueling any product viz. MS (Petrol), Speed, Speed 97 or HSD using UFill for an amount of Rs 200 or more at one go at the participating retail outlets will get assured 1% extra amount of fuel.

7. Limits for availing Incentive: Max incentive amount will be Rs.60 per transaction during scheme period, customer will get additional incentives on a maximum one eligible transactions per VPA/UPI ID in a day, maximum of four (4) eligible transactions per VPA/UPI ID in a month and a maximum of 8 transactions per UPI/VPA ID during scheme period. In case of UFill voucher redeemed partially/ refunded/ void, refund amount will be calculated based on actual fuelling, which will not include incentive amount.

9. BPCL also reserves the right to amend/modify the terms and conditions or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be displayed on BPCL web Site.

10. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the campaign material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest with BPCL.

11. Participation in the Offer is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Offer or the Offer rules and/or any requirements of the Offer, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Offer.

12. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Organizers to cover the Campaign through various media/platforms inter alia newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Participants shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage and their use of name, voice, likeness, image, illustrations etc. by the Organizers in this regard.

13. The products are available at BPCL retail outlets, without this offer also.

14. Unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in these Terms and Conditions shall not have an effect on any other clause in these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.

15. BPCL shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of the subject offer.

16. By entering the campaign, the Participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify the Organizers from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of acceptance of the free offer or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise as well as any legal expenditure.

17. Dispute: The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer. Participation in the Offer is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause. 9. The customer on purchase of minimum 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together with petrol & is assured of the following:

11. Customer is required to choose correct grade of 4T oil to be used in his 2-wheeler & BPCL will not be responsible for choosing any incorrect grade.

12. Steps to be followed at select Retail outlet to avail the offer:

    1. Visit your nearest BPCL petrol pump with Quick Oil change facility
    2. Carry out 4T oil change for your 2 wheeler
    3. Scan the coupon inside the 4T oil pack for cash back upto ₹ 1000/-
    4. Get free petrol worth ₹ 75/-

14. Notwithstanding any other disclaimer contained herein, the Organizers shall also not be responsible for

11. Customers fueling Speed for an amount of Rs 400 or more at one go at the participating retail outlets will be eligible to participate in the offer. BPCL reserves the right to change this minimum fueling criteria value during the course of the offer.

12. Customers need to provide their mobile number to the fuel attendant at the BPCL retail outlets to participate in the offer after fueling Speed as per eligibility criteria given in above point no 11. Once fuel attendant enters the mobile number in BPCL’s automation system, an SMS message from the automation system will be triggered ONLY to customers who meet the criteria as mentioned in point no 11. The SMS text message will contain a link to fill up the customer’s name, vehicle type etc. This link would be valid for only 24 hours. Once a customer clicks on the link and provides the details and submits them after accepting terms and conditions, he/she will be registered in the offer. The customer will then receive Swiggy discount coupon of Rs. 100 over SMS on the same mobile number.

13. The maximum number of Swiggy discount coupons that any mobile number will get in offer period is four with a cap of only one coupon per day.

14. The Swiggy discount coupon of denomination of Rs. 100 will be given till 31.12.2024. for the balance part of the campaign, the denomination can be reduced by BPCL at its own discretion.

15. Winning customer can utilize the coupon code received on Swiggy platform to order food, within the validity period. The validity period will be as per SMS. The minimum order value to avail of the Swiggy discount on Swiggy platform would be Rs. 250. The ordering of food on Swiggy platform will be subject to the terms and conditions of M/s Swiggy as per their platform.

16. The onus of providing the correct mobile number before the transaction is complete, is with the customer. The offer will be only valid at outlets as notified by BPCL on website from time to time.

17. At any outlet, the offer will be extended to the customer only if the transaction is carried out online. Neither BPCL nor its dealers or its agency shall be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able participate or receive SMS, due to any technical error or otherwise or towards the Discount coupon code message not being received by the customer.

18. The offer is not transferable, i.e. offer is valid only for the mobile number through which customer had participated in the offer. Any claim contrary to the same will not be considered.

The terms and conditions are applicable to users registered on HSD Ghar Scheme valid from 18-11-2024 00:00:00 HRS till 15.01.2025 24:00:00 HRS.

A. Eligibility:

The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person “User” registering by providing vehicle number and mobile number for participating in the HSD Ghar Scheme of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd in the website www.bharatpetroleum.in Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

B. Offer Construct:

1. Offering of Rs. 75 /- on fuelling 100 litres upto 200 litres and Rs. 150 /- on fuelling 200 litres & above will be extended to the customers at the GHAR Retail Outlets. The offering will be in the form of fuel vouchers which can be redeemed by the customers at GHAR Retail Outlets.

2. The Customer shall not be eligible for any voucher below the slab of 100L fuelling and redemption of voucher can be done on subsequent fuelling by the Customer.

C. General Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer is for the Customers of BPCL and participation in this Offer is purely on voluntary basis.

2. Communications to the Customers on becoming Eligible to Register for the Scheme, Generation of Voucher and Redemption of Voucher will be done through SMS.

3. The customer agrees that BPCL may collect, store, and share their personal data for keeping a track on the registration, vouchers getting generated and redemption thereof.

4. The voucher generation and redemption shall be applicable only in India.

5. Any delays in registration, generation of voucher and redemption of vouchers will be communicated via SMS on a best effort basis to the Customers.

6. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of BPCL shall be final and binding in all respects on the Customer.

7. BPCL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to the Customer, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw the Offer altogether.

8. BPCL shall be entitled to revoke the Offer without any prior notice or intimation to the Customer(s). In such case the eligibility or the entitlement shall be appropriately adjusted at the sole discretion of BPCL.

9. BPCL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever if transaction fails due to technical issue.

10. Under no circumstances shall BPCL and/or the Vendor/Service Providers, its employees, directors, and its third-party agents involved in processing, delivering or managing the voucher generation & redemption, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever.

11. The Customer(s) agrees to Indemnify BPCL for or in respect of any loss, liability, cost or expenses incurred by BPCL on account of breach of any of the above terms and conditions on part of Customers(s) or breach of Applicable Laws on part of the Customer(s) or any third party liability incurred by BPCL which is attributable to the acts, deeds or things on part of the Customer(s) or any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the bank on account of any fraud or misrepresentation done by the Customer or the Customer gaming the system or the Offer.

D. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering to participate in “Fuelling Ka Maha Utsav” (referred to as "Offer"). By proceeding with your registration and participation in this campaign, you hereby acknowledge, accept and thereby agree on an irrevocable basis to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Process for participating in the offer is given in points 8 to 12.

1. This campaign offer is open to Indian Citizens living in India only who have attained the age of 18 years or above (Participants). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

2. Employees of the organizer i.e. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL), BPCL Dealers & their employees / Distributors / Channel partners / employees of Advertising Agencies of BPCL, Service providers/Event managers etc. associated with this offer and their families, are not eligible for participation.

3. Offer commences on 22nd Sep’24 and closes on 7th Nov’24 at midnight (referred to as "Offer Period").

4. Entry to this offer shall be treated as void wherever (including any State or Union Territory) such offers are prohibited under local laws.

5. The offer is available at select BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd) Retail Outlets across geographies. BPCL reserves right to add or remove retail outlet at its discretion at any given point in time during campaign period.

6. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

7. By entering this offer, the participant agrees that the information entered in the registration form and the mobile numbers from which the entries are received may be used by BPCL for research about this offer or communicate future promotions and other messages to the participants of this offer and the participant gives express consent for the same. By participating in this offer, the participant confirms and waives off the applicability of rules and regulations of National Do Not Call Registry.

8. Only those customers who purchase Rs. 200 or above worth Petrol / Speed for 2/3 Wheelers & Rs. 1000 or above worth Petrol/Speed for 4 Wheelers (Cars /SUVs/MUVs) are eligible to participate in the lucky draw by scanning QR code placed at the Retail Outlet and filling in required details (Mobile number, name, amount of Petrol/Speed purchased, vehicle type and bill number).  Participating customers are also required to upload image (photo) of bill in the portal at the time of registration. Customer can also participate in the campaign by sending SMS : BPCL (SPACE) CC Code (SPACE) Bill no. to 9009055535. Customer will get confirmation SMS regarding participation once he/she completes this. The confirmation SMS means customer’s entry is registered for electronic draw at scheduled dates/period. The charges for sending SMS as per telecom operators policy will be borne by the customers.

9. If customer wins any gift in lucky draw, he / she would get an SMS or What’s app message or call to claim the product at the RO.

10. Neither BPCL nor its dealers or its agency shall be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to scan QR code or receive SMS, due to any technical error or otherwise or towards the products being given as a free gift.

11. A customer can buy fuel (Petrol/Speed) any number of times as per eligibility and can participate in the offer during offer period as per eligibility mentioned in Point no 8. However, only one entry will be valid for one bill number.

12. The customer is required to preserve the original Bill of the purchase OR photo image of the bill taken on mobile, based on which the customer has entered the offer, for claiming the prize, if any, won by him/her. Loss/mutilation of the original Bill / non availability of photo image shall disqualify the customer from claiming the gift.

13. BPCL / its authorized agency reserves the right to conduct verification of the bills issued to customers from the retail outlets.

14. On completion of the campaign or as per the draws scheduled by BPCL /its agency, electronic lucky draw at the back end will be conducted for the eligible participants for selecting lucky winners as per the below mentioned prizes.

    Insurance, road tax and Gift tax for THAR, Maturi cars and Bikes would being paid by BPCL/its Agency and customer will get these prizes completely free of cost.

    d. Over and above, each customer will get discount coupons either from BASICS Apparel brand, NU republic or Biryani by Kilo. Discount coupon code will be sent to customers along with participation message. Discount coupons are an assured complementary gift to each customer and BPCL reserves the right to stop the discount coupons at any given point in time.

15. Customer required to pay gift tax if any on gift items other than THAR, Maruti CAR and Hero Bike as per the law and then only customer can claim the gift.

16. Images shown in the creatives (hoardings, banners, standees or social media) are only for representative purpose and actual gifts might vary from image.

17. Lucky draw gifts will fall under the standard terms and conditions for warranty as defined/ provided by its manufacturers and BPCL will not be responsible for the same.

18. Winner Customer would need to provide identity documents like Aadhar Card / PAN card during verification before claiming the gifts. After verification, the Prizes will be handed over to the winners in person during a formal prize distribution ceremony or will be handed over at the Retail Outlet.

19. In case the customers are unable to produce any of the above-mentioned documents or unavailable to contact within one month of intimation, the customer shall forfeit the prize. The selected Mobile Numbers (winners) will be contacted by our back-end operator for further processing. In case the mobile number has been changed/ terminated/ blocked/ out of reach, etc. BPCL/its agency will not be held liable for not being able to communicate/ handover the prize to the concerned winner.

20. No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions will be entertained on the modality of draw or the selection process which is entirely the discretion of BPCL.

21. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged.

22. BPCL also reserves the right to audit any/all claims/winning entries to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of the offer have been met; and to request additional information regarding any and/or all such claims along with supporting documents.

23. BPCL and its partners/sponsors shall not be liable for any loss or damage, theft or any other mishap, whatsoever, that may be suffered as a result of participating in the offer or enjoyment of the prizes.

25. The offer is not transferable, i.e. offer is valid only for the mobile number through which customer had participated in the offer.

28. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the campaign material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest with BPCL.

29. Participation in the Offer is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Offer or the Offer rules and/or any requirements of the Offer, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Offer.

30. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Organizers to cover the Campaign through various media/platforms inter alia newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Participants shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage and their use of name, voice, likeness, image, illustrations etc. by the Organizers in this regard.

31. The products MS & Speed are available at BPCL retail outlets, without this offer also.

32. Unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in these Terms and Conditions shall not have an effect on any other clause in these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.

33. BPCL shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of campaign offer.

34. By entering the campaign, the Participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify the Organizers from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of acceptance of the free offer or participation in the Campaign including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise as well as any legal expenditure.

35. Dispute: The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer. Participation in the Offer is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause. Further, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or the Organizers with respect to this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

36. BPCL indemnifies itself and/or any of its officials and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other consequence of performance of their products offered as promotional prizes, under any applicable law.

38. For the state of Tamil-Nadu, there will not be lucky draw and the winner will be chosen based on slogan submitted. The customer of Tamil Nanu needs to write their own slogan in the registration form after “I love to fuel at BPCL Petrol Pumps because”………..…………………………….

39. Technical Glitches : BPCL shall not be liable for any technical or network-related issues, including but not limited to failure of any entry to be received due to technical malfunction, error, disruption, or delay in the internet, network connectivity, or any other issues.

40. Force Majeure Clause :BPCL shall not be held liable for any failure to comply with its obligations under the offer due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, riots, civil unrest, natural disasters, or pandemics.

41. Handling Disputes Over Participation : In the case of any dispute related to eligibility, bill authenticity, or the manner of participation, BPCL’s decision will be final and binding on all participants. BPCL reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be using fraudulent means to participate in the campaign.

42. Prize Distribution Timeframe : Prizes will be distributed within a stipulated period of 90 days from the end of the campaign, subject to the winner completing all verification processes.

43. Publicity Rights : Winners may be required to participate in promotional activities such as photos, videos, and interviews related to the campaign. By participating, participants give consent to BPCL to use their images, names, and likeness in media without additional compensation.

44. Non-Claimed Prizes : Prizes not claimed within a period of 30 days from the date of the announcement will be forfeited, and BPCL reserves the right to award the prize to another participant or dispose of it as they see fit.

45. Modification or Cancellation of Campaign : BPCL reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in regulatory requirements or unforeseen events.

46. Disqualification : BPCL reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant found to be violating the terms and conditions or engaging in any fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate conduct.

47. Monthly Draw: was held at 8919 Retail Outlets which have participated in the campaign till 22nd Oct’2024. Each Retail Outlet has 4 winners, viz. 3 winners of Vegetable Chopper and 1 winner of Dinner Set. For Retail Outlets where monthly draw could not be held due to non-participation till 22nd Oct, the winners will be selected along with Mega Draw after end of campaign. Winners are required to produce original bill OR photo of bill taken on the mobile and self-attested copy of photo identity to claim the gift at the Retail Outlet. Winners will be contacted by dealer for claiming gifts

48. The campaign is being extended till 15th No’2024. The eligible entries for Mega Draw will now be revised and will be considered for period from 22nd Sep’2024 to 15th Nov’2024. All other draws (6 Weekly draws and 1 Monthly draw are already completed.

6. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Customers fueling Speed for an amount of Rs 300 or more at the participating retail outlets will be eligible to participate in the offer and stand a chance to win prizes in the offer. There are two customer segments created for the offer based on Speed fueling amount, viz. customers with Speed fueling of Rs. 300 to Rs. 1999.99 (Categorized as 2W segment for the purpose of this offer) and Customer with Speed fueling of Rs. 2000 and above (Categorized as 4W segment for the purpose of this offer).
9. Customers need to provide their mobile number to the fuel attendant at the BPCL retail outlets to participate in the offer after fueling Speed as per eligibility criteria given in above point no 7. Once fuel attendant enters the mobile number in BPCL’s automation system, an SMS message from the automation system will be triggered ONLY to customers who meet the criteria as mentioned in point no 7. The SMS text message will contain a link to fill up the customer’s name. Once a customer clicks on the link and provide name and submits after accepting terms and conditions, he/she will be registered in the offer.
10. There would be a weekly draw where customers will be chosen thru randomizer (except for states where lucky draw is not allowed as per local laws) and will win fuel as prize. Prize in terms of Fuel (Speed) for an amount of Rs. 500 will be given to lucky winners in a weekly draw from amongst segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 300 to Rs. 1999.99 and with valid entries thru automation system of BPCL. Similarly, Prize in terms of Fuel (Speed) for an amount of Rs. 2000 will be given to lucky winners in weekly draw from amongst segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 2000 & above and with valid entries thru automation system of BPCL. A total of 500 weekly lucky winners from the segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 300 to Rs. 1999.99 and 150 weekly winners from the segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 2000 & above (650 in total from both segments per week) will be selected through an electronic randomizer.
11. For weekly lucky winners, winners from the segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 300 to Rs. 1999.99 will be eligible for a BPCL Fuel E- voucher of ₹500 and the segment of customers with Speed fueling slab of Rs. 2000 & above will be eligible for BPCL Fuel E- voucher of ₹2000.
12. Six number of lucky draws will be held after every week starting 1^st June’24. 1^st lucky draw will be held on 10^th June for 1^st to 7^th June’24 eligible entries. Likewise, for every week, draws will be held every Monday 17^th, 24^th June etc.

Any 100 (Hundred) Participants out of all entries received, who have replied below the designated contest post on the social media platforms shall be selected by the Company (at their sole discretion) and shall be declared as the Winner of the said Contest (“Winner(s)). The Company will select any (random) number of Participants (totalling to 100) from all of the social media platforms (Corporate and MAK Lubricants) together i.e. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. The Company’s decision on selection of the Winners shall be final and binding on the Participants. Mere Participation in the Contest does not entitle the Participants to win the Prize.

8. The Prize shall be subject to the terms and conditions as specified by BPCL from time to time. The Prize is non-exchangeable for cash equivalent. The Company holds the complete right to change the Prize at any time without any prior notice.

9. Digital Gift voucher will be sent to winners via Email or DM, upon the Winner sharing his/her email, contact details and documents with the Company as requested.

10. The name of the Winners shall be announced on social media platforms through a post. Upon such announcement, the Winner is expected to contact the Company via DM and convey their acceptance of the Prize within 24 (twenty-four) hours from date of declaration. In case of failure to do so, the Winner/s shall have deemed to have waived his/her entitlement to the Prize and the Company shall be entitled to announce another Winner or deal with the Prize in any manner that they may think fit and proper.

13. 15. The Company shall be entitled to call upon the Winner to produce such documents as may be necessary to provide their identity. Failure to produce adequate documentation may result in forfeiture of the Prize/s.

16. In case any Winner is subsequently found to be (a) disqualified; or (b) ineligible; or (c) if the Company has reasonable ground to believe that the Winner has breached any of the terms and conditions of the Contest, the Company reserves its right to cancel/forfeit the Prize and confer the same to another Winner or deal with the same in the manner the Company deems fit and proper.

Once the coupon no. is successfully entered, the customer shall receive a confirmation SMS on the registered Mobile no. confirming participation.

    b) Participation through SMS: A customer purchasing minimum 1 liter petrol & 1 pack of MAK 4T Lubricant together from BPCL’s Retails Outlets should SMS: PARTICIPATE<Space>MAK <Space> RO DEALER CODE <Space> MAK Coupon Number to 57575. Here the Dealer Code is unique 6 Digit code for BPCL RO prominently displayed at the retail outlet and the Coupon No. is the 10 digit unique no. of the MAK Coupon available inside the pack of MAK 4T Lubricant. In case of any difficulty in spotting the RO Dealer code, customer to seek help from dealer representative.

    Before surrendering the scratch coupon to BPCL Retail Outlet, Customer has to note down a 10 Digit Numeric Unique Code printed below Scratch portion of each coupon

    If the RO DEALER CODE is 123456 and the MAK coupon no. is 1234567899, the customer has to SMS: PARTICIPATE MAK 123456 1234567899 to the number 57575. The space between each field has to be maintained and the SMS format has to be correct, otherwise entry will not be valid.

12. The SMS facility is available through all service providers .BPCL shall not be liable or responsible, if for any reason the customer is not able to do SMS as per the standard format or does not receive the acknowledgement for having participated in the contest because of technical/other issues.

13. The prizes of Singapore trip/ Gift Vouchers would be decided through a system based random process that would select the winners through the mobile number based data of valid entries received.

    No invitation for Lucky draw shall be extended to participating customers. The selection process is automated at the backend with no human intervention. This process would be conducted in the presence of an independent third-party /functional group members of BPCL.

14. Participation is either through Mobile App entry (All India ) or Web page entry (only for Tamil Nadu & Puducherry ) or SMS entry (for Rest of India).Only one of these entries will be considered for eligibility.

15. In case customer chooses to place his entry after leaving RO premises, then -before leaving RO premises, customer should note down 6 Digit RO Dealer Code, 10 Digit MAK Coupon No. and also save the picture to be uploaded at webpage.

16. Based on the creativity and uniqueness of the Selfie/Picture, organizers will judge the winners who will be eligible for winning the Singapore trip/ Gift Vouchers. The Organizers shall have sole discretion to shortlist Participants on the basis of their selfies/pictures and no appeal/challenge for the same shall be entertained.

17. Selfie/Picture Contest winners for Tamil Nadu/Puducherry customers or Electronic Lucky draw for other State customers will be conducted for Gift Voucher of Rs 1000/, on 23rd Dec 19, 30th Dec 19, 6th Jan 20, 13th Jan 20 , 20th Jan 20 ,27th Jan and Finally on 5th February 20, in the presence of an independent third-party /functional group members of BPCL(the cutoff date for selection will be the valid entries received till midnight of previous day). 5th Feberuary’20 will also be the date of Lucky draw/Contest winner for Singapore offer. 18. A Participant who wins Rs. 1000 Gift voucher in weekly draw/contest, would not be eligible for further weekly draw/contest. He/She however be eligible to participate in subsequent lucky draw/contest for a chance to win a Singapore Trip.

19. One mobile number can be used only once to participate in the campaign. Any more entries through the same mobile no. shall be considered invalid.

20. Gift Voucher winners will be sent SMS to the winning Mobile numbers/informed on phone. After verification of Identity Details as per terms and conditions and matching of Mobile Number with Identify Details, and after completion of formalities for handing over, the vouchers will be sent electronically / in person to the winners.

21. The list of winners would also be displayed on the BPCL website, www.bharatpetroleum.in for a period of one month after the winners are declared. 23. No queries/clarifications/suggestions will be entertained by BPCL on the modality of selection of winners. The winner decided under these offers will be final and participants waive its right to challenge & dispute the process and winner declared hereby.

24. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash or kind. The Organizers, their associates, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any defect/deficiency or any other dispute in relation to and/or concerning the prizes including but not limited to any service or after delivery service problems/ issues and liabilities and the Organizers will not entertain any claims in this regard.

26. All Participants who win a Singapore Trip will be required to submit a No Claim letter in the format prescribed by BPCL on redemption of the said Singapore Trip.

27. All Singapore Trip winners are required to have a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Singapore. Any Participant not meeting this requirement shall not be eligible for the trip. It is clarified that the responsibility for obtaining a valid Visa including but not limited to a Transit Visa (where applicable) for travel to the destination concerned as also for ensuring fulfilment of any other travel requirements will be solely and exclusively that of the Participant in relation thereto. The Organizers shall, if they so deem appropriate in any given case, render assistance to any Participant at their sole discretion without any obligation and/or responsibility on their part. It is clarified that the Organizers shall have no responsibility/liability if a Participant is unable to travel to the destination concerned due to failure to obtain a valid Visa/relevant travel documents/approvals within the applicable travel time and the Organizers shall entertain no claims in this regard. The Organizers will not be responsible or liable for any act or conduct of the Singapore Trip winners during their trip, or any consequences arising therefrom. Singapore Trip winners have to comply with all rules/regulations/laws of Government of India and Singapore on their own and BPCL shall not be responsible for their failure in getting such clearances/approvals.

28. Date of Travel is likely to be in April/May 2020 and it will be binding on Winners to join the conducted Tour as per final dates informed.

29. In event of failure to join the conducted tour on specified date for any reason (i.e. denial of visa, non-availability of passport, medical emergencies, any other exigency or any other reason), there will be no compensation in cash or alternative package or alternative dates etc.

30. BPCL reserves the right to take alternative draw or make a wait list for replacement entries if winner is not in a position to avail the scheme or is not contactable as per terms and conditions of the scheme.

31. The Singapore Trip winners and the Rs. 1000 gift vouchers winners shall, at the request of the Organizers participate in all Contest related activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the Prizes free of charge, and they consent to the Organizers using their name and image in Contest material.

32. Once the winners are shortlisted, the Organizers shall contact each winner on the mobile number against which the participation entry was done.

33. In the event if the shortlisted winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, an SMS will be sent to the participant intimating her/him that the call was in relation to him/her having won a Prize in the Contest and further notifying him/her that winner has to get in touch with BPCL either in person or on email to give confirmation. Two more attempts would be made to contact the Participant. Despite multiple attempts,if the winner remains unreachable or non-responsive or not interested for a total period of 7 days from the 1st attempt to reach him, the Participant’s participation in the Contest will come to an end and the Participant’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes. An SMS will be sent to the Participant intimating her/him of this aspect and notifying her/him of the end of their participation in the Contest.

34. Offer Rewards will be provided only after proper verification via Valid ID and address Proof. For Mismatched Cases, the winner will be disqualified. No Prizes will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Contest is found to be incorrect or fraudulent.

35. Organizers shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused as a result of cancellation / amendment of the Contest, amendment or revocation of all or part of these Terms and Conditions, any act of God- Natural calamity (Pandemic | Earthquake | Tsunami | Flood or any man-made calamity (War | Coup | Riots | Bandh | Strike) or governmental action or other force majeure circumstances.

36. BPCL reserves the right to reject any Participants entry on any grounds without the need to notify the Participant of the reasons for rejection.

37. BPCL also reserves the right to amend/modify the terms and conditions or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any changes will be out on BPCL website only

38. For Participation Entries received from Customers through App or SMS, all Entries will be validated for a Valid Customer Mobile Number, Valid 6 Digit Unique Retail Outlet Number and Valid Unique 10 Digit Number printed on Scratch Number (as maintained in Master File of BPCL). Any Invalid entry will not be considered for Lucky Draw or Selfie/Picture Contest (for TamilNadu & Puducherry) winner. With respect to Unique 10 Digit Number printed on Scratch coupon, any duplicate entry will not be considered for any unique number entry already received.

39. The Organizers accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet connectivity, documents, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. The Organizers shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred

40. Notwithstanding any other disclaimer contained herein, the Organizers shall also not be responsible for

    • Any SPAM generated messages.

    • Failure to connect to the Participant if he/she has registered himself/herself to the Do Not Disturb Register of the telecom provider/ the Participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry (or equivalent registry as may be applicable ) / Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific Contest.

    • Any other conditions beyond the reasonable control of Organizers

41. The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Organizers to cover the Contest through various media/platforms inter alia newspapers, radio, television, news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc. Participant shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage and their use of name, voice, likeness, image, illustrations etc. by the Organizers in this regard.

42. All rights, title and interest, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the Contest material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest with BPCL. The organizer or any person or entity permitted by organizer in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the entry in any media/platform for future contest, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participant.

43. All material submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of Participants are assigned to BPCL upon submission and become the property of BPCL exclusively. BPCL may use the material in any medium in any reasonable manner it deems fit. Copyright in any such material remains the sole property of BPCL.

44. By participating in the Contest, each Participant represents and warrants that she/he is eligible and competent to participate in the Contest and abide by its terms and conditions and that all information provided by Participant is correct and complete. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified

45. The Organizers shall only entertain disputes/complaints/queries made within a period of one month from the date on which the Contest Period ends. The Organizers shall not be liable to address any dispute/complaint/queries made after the expiry of the aforesaid one month.

46. Failure to exercise or any delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of the Organizers.

47. The participation in the Offer is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions .If a Participant is dissatisfied with the Contest or the Contest rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Contest form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Contest.

48. The products (Petrol and/or MAK 4T packs) are also available at BPCL retail outlets, without this offer.

49. Unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in these Terms and Conditions shall not have an effect on any other clause in these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall be enforceable as per law.

50. The Organizers shall under no circumstances be liable, whether jointly or severally, for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss), including for personal injury or property damage suffered or sustained, as a result of acceptance of any Prizes.

51. By entering the Contest, the Participant hereby releases and agrees to indemnify the Organizers from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses arising out of acceptance of the Prizes or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise as well as any legal expenditure. The applicable tax for prize(s) if any, will be borne solely by the winning participant.

52. In consideration of BPCL allowing the Participant/s to take part in the Contest, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant/s waive and release each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against the Organizers (BPCL) , their respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) arising out of the Contest or related to the Contest or the Prizes of the Contest

53. These terms and conditions apply to the Contest and aspects thereof (“Terms & Conditions”). The Terms and Conditions are also being published in Hindi (Devnagari Script). In the event of any discrepancy or contradiction in the Hindi translation of the Terms & Conditions vis-à-vis the Terms & Conditions published in English, the Terms & Conditions published in English shall prevail

54. Dispute: The courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any and all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Contest. Participation in the Contest is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including (without limitation) this clause. Further, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Participants and/or the Organizers with respect to this Contest shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Terms & Conditions of ‘Share Your Diwali Moments - Picture Contest’
 

By taking part in the “Diwali Moments - Picture Contest”, the Contestants hereby acknowledges that he/she willingly opts to participate in this contest/activity at his/her sole discretion and conscience. The Contestants accepts and agrees that he/she has read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, and is legally bound by these terms and conditions mentioned herein.

How to participate:

1. The Contest is open for all the residents of India who are 15 years of age or above (hereinafter referred to as “Contestants”).

2. The “Share Your Diwali Moments - Picture Contest” (“Contest”) is conducted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “BPCL”).

3. The Contest will run through 15thNovember, 2016.

4. The winners will be declared on Speed Fuel Facebook page on 25th November 2016

5. To participate in the contest, the contestant is required to click a Photograph of theirs capturing the theme ‘Diwali Moment’. The clicked photograph needs to be uploaded on our Facebook page. The more the likes on the Photograph the better chance to win.

6. The Contestants may also tag 15 friends on the post and share the post on their own walls publically.

7. Failure to complete points 5 and 6 successfully will result in an invalid entry

8. Contestants are allowed to submit multiple entries as long as they fulfill points 5 and 6 successfully for each entry made.

9. 12. Any dispute with regard to the gratification in any manner whatsoever shall not be entertained

13. 250 voucher worth Rs 2,000 each will be given away as prizes. This number may be reduced if enough entries have not been received, or condition given in point number 9 is not met.

14. The prize details (i.e. voucher worth Rs 2,000) will be emailed/couriered to the winners by BPCL or its associates. The prize will be given only to the winner in whose name the entry has been made.

15. If a Contestant has won the contest but does not wish to take the gratification, BPCL will not alter whole or any part of the gratification. Under no circumstances, any portion of the gratification be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise.

19. Each Contestant’s personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.

20. BPCL shall not be held responsible if for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, acts of God, strikes, terrorists acts, criminal acts of third parties, an insufficient number of qualified contest entries, or any other causes beyond their control which, in the BPCL’s sole opinion, corrupts, threatens or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest.

21. BPCL shall not be held responsible if the Contest, for which the announcement is made, is not held, delayed or cancelled by its organisers due to any reason whatsoever.

22. BPCL is not responsible for any tangible or intangible loss, injury, death or damage to Contestants or any other person related to or resulting from entering / participating into this Contest

23. BPCL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion from time to time where reasonably required or can withdraw the Contest at any time.

24. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram has no association or jurisdiction over this Contest.

This is a VIDEO contest exclusively for teams participating in BAJA SAE India 2016 and the promotion of the selected videos through a public poll on Facebook.

     • • Viewers & voters will have to first LIKE the BPCL Fan page and then SHARE the video they vote for. Video that receives maximum SHARES from BPCL Fan page will win the prize.

     • • The Videos will also be available on YouTube Channel – BPCL india.

     • • The LIKES received or SHARES of the videos on other profiles will under no circumstances be carried forward/added to the Likes & Shares received for the video in BPCL FB album.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE “NAVRANGI NAVRATRI CONTEST.” BY PARTICIPATING IN THE NAVRANGI NAVRATRI CONTEST, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE ACCEPT AND THEREBY AGREE ON IRREVOCABLE BASIS, TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. KINDLY REFRAIN FROM PARTICIPATING IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The “Navrangi Navratri Contest” (hereinafter referred to as “contest”) is organized and administered by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Organisers” )

1. Procedure and Eligibility to participate:

This Contest is valid and open to all Participants who voluntarily subscribe for the Contest. The Participant who participates in the contest during the period of 13th Oct 2015 till 22nd Oct 2015 shall be eligible to participate in this Contest without paying any subscription or entry fee for participating in this Contest.
This Contest is being made purely on the basis that the photos uploaded shall be an original creation/ original piece of work of the Participant.

2. To Participate in the Contest:

• 1. To participate/subscribe in the Contest, participant is required to submit entries via his/her Facebook profile.
• 2. The participant has to send a picture of themselves in their “Navratri outfit” in the relevant colour of the day. It can be a selfie, a self portrait or a group picture. If the participant is sending a group picture, he/she will have to tag his/her name to identify the participant.
• 3. The participant has to upload the picture in https://bit.ly/BPCL-NavrangiNavratri along with the hashtags #BharatPetroleum #Contest #NavrangiNavratri in the post
• 4. Late, illegible, incomplete, obscene, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
• 5. Entries received after 12.00PM on the following day of the colour announcement will be disqualified.

3.   Facebook Poll & Winners

• 1. The organisers will post an exclusive #NavrangiNavratri Facebook album in the official BPCL Fanpage www.facebook.com corporation that will be available from 12 noon on 23rd October to 12 noon 25th October 2015 containing all the valid entries received during the duration of the contest.
• 2. Users will have to gain maximum LIKES to win the prize.
• 3. The likes received on the users entry post on the events page will under no circumstances be carried forward/added to the new likes received on their album image.
• 4. For each colour, the image that receives the maximum LIKES will be declared the winner.
• 5. Winner of the colour of the day will receive pre-loaded PetroCard of Bharat Petroleum worth Rs.500/-

4. Announcing winners

Winners will be announced on BPCL Contest Page (www.bharatpetroleum.in) and BPCL Facebook Page www.facebook.com corporation. After the selection and validation of the best photograph, the winner will be contacted, through Facebook (Message / Comments), for 3 (Three) consecutive days and will be given further details of the procedures for receiving their PetroCard.

5. Entries & Copyrights

This Contest is being made purely on the basis that the photos uploaded shall be an original creation/ original piece of work /best photograph basis and participation of eligible Participants is voluntary and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The participant shall be responsible and liable for any legal action being initiated on the basis of the photo uploaded by him /her, which results in the infringement of any intellectual property rights and / or otherwise. The Participant if required may be asked to show and submit the original print / negative / etc of the photo uploaded. BPCL reserves the right to publish and commercially use all such photos that shall be uploaded by the participant for participating in this Contest. BPCL shall be the owner of all such intellectual property rights of all such photos that shall be uploaded by the Participants of this Contest.

6. Participant Information

The Participant hereby understands and gives his/ her irrevocable consent for sharing personal information relating to the Participant to BPCL and BPCL group of companies that would be exchanged or published and/or communicated to/in any media that it may deem fit and at their sole discretion choose to publish or disclose the name(s), phone number(s) and/or photographs of all / any of the Participants, if required.

7. Evaluation & Prize(s)

• 1. The decision of the Organisers in respect of all transactions under this Contest shall be final and binding.
• 2. Prize(s) / Gratification(s) under the Contest are neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.
• 3. All the Gratification(s) shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific Gratification(s) and shall have to be duly complied with by the winner.
• 4. Substitution or exchange of ‘gratification’ will not be allowed.
• 5. The organiser reserves the right to change or replace the competition prizes and/or modify the rules and regulations of the competition as and when necessary, without prior notice.

8. Participant Particulars

Participants must note that BPCL will identify the Participants only by way of their Facebook account and the verification by BPCL would also be based entirely upon the same. Participants who emerge as winner will have to furnish Personal Particulars in the required format for receiving the PetroCards. Details will be mailed to winners separately.

9. General Conditions

• 1. Organisers reserve the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify any participant/Participant who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or Terms and Conditions of the Contest. Failure by Organisers to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• 2. BPCL and reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the Terms & Conditions and Gratification(s) at their sole discretion at anytime during it’s validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Participant. You are therefore advised to check this website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these terms and conditions.
• 3. The contest is designed to generate goodwill and harmony through healthy conversations in a competitive spirit. Unsolicited means for garnering likes or resorting to foul language or play or violation of any Terms/Condition would disqualify a participant from the contest.
• 4. The provisions of this service, the Contest and any other promotional endeavors may not be used for any commercial purpose by any person.

A teacher has a great role in shaping the future of our country and has a very special place in every student’s heart. Bharat Petroleum would like to salute them in a very special way through this hunt for the “MOST LOVED TEACHER”
We invite you to send us a photograph with a Teacher who has inspired you. The photograph has to be sent with a brief note on why he/she is your favorite teacher or professor. The contest is open to students of schools, colleges and also others who would like to remember and share their respects and gratitude to their teachers.

The entries should be submitted by 12:00 noon on 10 September 2015 in the prescribed format to the mail id: bpclteachersday@gmail.com

This is an ALL INDIA contest and winners will be adjudged by a FACEBOOK Poll. Entries received will be posted in exclusive folders for each category at 12:00 noon on 16 September 2015. You have to follow BHARAT PETROLEUM on the official fan page to participate further in the contest. RULES & REGULATIONS

1. CATEGORY :

The contest is open in three categories:

1. 1. School Students
   2. College Students
   3. Others

1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The competition is open to all Indian Citizens and children of Indian Citizens residing in India/ Abroad.

1.2 Images that have won prizes in prior competitions, or have been used for commercial purposes and/or been published will not be eligible

1.3 Participant can submit only one image and only in one category

2. SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
   
2.1 Images of not more than 10 MB in size must be submitted online and the organiser may request for higher resolution images subsequently. The original images should be at least 3 MB in size as winning images will be printed and exhibited.

2.2 Submitted images should be in JPEG format and at least 1,600 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 1,600 pixels tall for a vertical image.
    
2.3 Each participant can submit only one (1) image.
    
2.4 Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the images will not be allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, or simple cropping will be allowed.
    
2.5 The photograph has to be sent with the ENTRY FORM to bpclteachersday@gmail.com Entries without the Entry Form will not be considered.
    
2.6 All submitted images are non-returnable. The file name for each image should be clearly labelled with the participant’s full name, and where the image was taken. (E.g. Rachna Rastogi Pune)
    
2.7 Important Dates:

3. COPYRIGHT/INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

3.1 Each image submitted must be the original and unpublished work of the participant who must also be its copyright owner.

3.2 The participant shall retain copyright to the image entered for the competition.

3.3 By submitting an image for the competition, the participant will be regarded as having granted the organiser the right to use the image in print, broadcast and/or electronic media without any fee payment, for the purposes of promoting the competition or areas related to the organiser’s work including:       

1. Petroleum products and services
2. Online customer engagement & promotions
3. Education and Social Welfare

Where any image is so used by the organiser, the participant will be acknowledged accordingly.

4. PRIZES

4.1 Prizes are non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or in kind.
    
4.2 The organiser reserves the right to change or replace the competition prizes and/or modify the rules and regulations of the competition as and when necessary, without prior notice.

4.3 The organiser shall not be liable for any fault with any of the prizes and any issues or queries relating to the condition of the prizes should be referred to the manufacturer/supplier of the prizes.

5. JUDGING AND RESULTS

5.1 This is an ALL INDIA contest and winners will be adjudged on a FACEBOOK Poll. Entries received will be posted in exclusive folders for each category at 12:00 noon on 16 September 2015. Participants will have to follow BHARAT PETROLEUM on the official fan page www.facebook.com corporation to participate further in the contest. TOP 5 photographs that receive the maximum LIKES in each category will receive pre-loaded Bharat Petroleum PETROCARDS.

5.2 Results of the competition will be posted on www.bharatpetroleum.in, BPCL social media pages and winners will also be notified via email by the dates mentioned above.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND REGULATIONS

6.1 By submitting an image for the competition, the participant will be regarded as having accepted and agreed to be bound by the rules and regulations of the competition.

6.2 While the organiser will exercise due care during the collection, selection and storage of images, it shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or destruction of the images.

7. ORGANISERS
